SEM Program

Request for Applications

IEPI invites colleges to apply to the IEPI Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Program. The SEM Program is a comprehensive one-year program that provides training, coaching and resources in SEM. Participating colleges will build upon their SEM knowledge and learn engaging and impactful practices to help move their campus SEM initiatives forward.

Who Should Apply?

All colleges are eligible to apply, but participation will be capped at 15 colleges. Colleges will register a crossfunctional team of 10 people, which may include:

  • CEO
  • CIO
  • CSSO
  • CBO
  • Deans
  • Faculty
  • Counselors
  • Admissions & Records Personnel
  • Marketing Personnel/PIO
  • Researchers

Colleges that wish to participate in the SEM Program will submit an application that details a SEM project they wish to focus on for the year. Fifteen representative colleges will be selected to participate in the yearlong program based on their application information and submittal date.

Program Costs: Registration fees will cost $125 per person for each two-day engagement, and $75 per person for each one-day engagement. Colleges will be responsible for attendees’ travel costs.
