The Santa Rosa Junior College Crisis Intervention Resource Team (CIRT) and it's subgroup, the Threat Assessment Team (TAT), has a principles and protocols document that would be valuable for a campus working to create or further a similar team. This document includes how to conduct a full threat assessment inquiry and how to develop and implement a Threat Assessment Plan. More information can be found at here.
