Veterans Summit 2017: Two Model Programs for Working with Student Veterans

Two Model Programs for Working with Student Veterans: The Pathway Home and the San Francisco VA’s Student Veteran Health Program at City College of San Francisco. This presentation offers an introduction to two different approaches to working with student Veterans. The first is a program offered on college campuses and staffed by members of the San Francisco VA Student Veteran Health Program, and the second is a non-profit residential treatment program that offers a transitional program for Veterans enrolled in school or who are committed to enrolling in school in the next term.
