The 2018 SHEEO Higher Education Policy Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, August 7-10. The Conference attracts around 250 participants and is planned by SHEEO staff with input from SHEEO members. It highlights the crucial issues and policy considerations states must address to build and sustain excellent systems of higher education. Attendees include SHEEO state agency executives, leaders from national higher education policy organizations, institutions, state and federal government, and vendors. The Conference is open to the public.

The Executive Committee is comprised of 14 representatives elected by the delegates each year in spring and the Executive Director (ex officio member). As noted in the bylaws, this group adopts procedures, implements policies adopted at the plenary sessions, transacts business, and performs other functions that are not inconsistent with the intent, purposes, and provisions of the Bylaws and Senate Rules. The Executive Committee meets every month except July. You can download the agendas and minutes from the previous and upcoming meetings.
